With all our reclining chair parts, all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail to offer comprehensive UK coverage. We offer a wide range of delivery options to meet your needs, including first and second class, tracked, signed for and special delivery, dependent on the size and weight of your order.

Delivery options and cost are displayed at checkout based on the size and weight of the items; for orders containing multiple items, the size and weight will be calculated for the complete order. Limitations for weight, size, location, and others are included as per Royal Mail guidelines.

We normally aim to process all orders placed before 2 pm Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch. Any orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the following day. Any orders placed after 2 pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We do not dispatch orders for reclining chair parts on UK national holidays and will be dispatched the next working day.

Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided by Royal Mail, with tracking updates available online via the Royal Mail tracking service (Track and Trace – Track your Item | Royal Mail Group Ltd ) .

We are unable to provide any further updates to the information provided online. We would always recommend using the signed for option when purchasing important or expensive items for added peace of mind, as we are unable to provide full refunds for lost or damaged items unless this option is selected at the time of purchase. We follow the Royal Mail standard procedure for any lost or damaged orders.

Please note that during times of industrial action or other similar issues causing extended delays to the Royal Mail service, we may at times use another provider to facilitate our deliveries.
