Genuinely lost for words at how amazing these people are and how wonderful to do business with! Made a speculative phone call asking how to modify a chair to be able to use a handheld remote switch. Adam was extremely helpful from first contact and asked that I send pictures of the mechanism and connections. They copied my setup in their workshop and were able to recommend a suitable solution…. Then followed this up with a further email containing detailed instructions on how to connect the new wiring loom and the controller. It’s a very long time since I have experienced such an excellent level of service and attention to detail… I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Brilliant speedy service. Ordered my item one day, delivered the next. I had also thought the item would be hard to source, so was really pleased to find it. Thoroughly recommend.

This company deserves to do well in business. Ordered new switch on afternoon, delivered next morning. Great attitude to customers with nothing being too much trouble. I wish them well & would definitely use them again Barry Nash

I needed a replacement switch for a DFS reclining sofa. It had already been replaced under warranty but failed soon after it was installed and then the warranty ended. So, after an online search using the part number I found Fix my Recliner. They had exactly what I needed in stock and posted it out the same day. It was simple to fit and worked exactly as expected. Great service from Fix my recliner and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

Absolutely great service from start to finish. Adam quickly helped me troubleshoot and determine the correct parts required. Next day delivery with great tracking, connected up and immediately fixed my issue. Highly recommended!

Definitely top marks for these guys. I sent then a picture of the defective recliner motor. They sent me a link to the correct replacement part and it arrived the next day. Brilliant service and would recommend.

Fantastic service from Adam. He provided a switch for an Italian sofa after the retailer and their engineers said it could not be repaired. Great communication and advice. Also contacted engineers in my area to arrange fitting.
