Genuinely lost for words at how amazing these people are and how wonderful to do business with! Made a speculative phone call asking how to modify a chair to be able to use a handheld remote switch. Adam was extremely helpful from first contact and asked that I send pictures of the mechanism and connections. They copied my setup in their workshop and were able to recommend a suitable solution…. Then followed this up with a further email containing detailed instructions on how to connect the new wiring loom and the controller. It’s a very long time since I have experienced such an excellent level of service and attention to detail… I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I needed a replacement switch for a DFS reclining sofa. It had already been replaced under warranty but failed soon after it was installed and then the warranty ended. So, after an online search using the part number I found Fix my Recliner. They had exactly what I needed in stock and posted it out the same day. It was simple to fit and worked exactly as expected.
