This spring is the standard tension spring which is normally always used on most manual recliner chairs. We also supply an extra strong tension spring allowing a stronger opening for any manual recliner. The size and fitting type are identical to the standard tension spring and can be easily fitted as an upgrade for easier opening of your manual recliner. Standard tension springs are normally filled with blue, green or white foam – extra strong tension is normally filled with pink or red foam.
